We are able to accept returns or exchanges on our products within 30 days of purchase if the items are unused and are returned in the same condition we provided them to you. Refunds are processed back onto the original payment method.

The product I want is on preorder, what does this mean?
We are working to get you your ITR product as quickly as possible! All preorder delivery dates will be listed in the product pages and we will keep you updated over email about when to expect delivery as well as any potential delays. If you have ordered product that is in stock along with stock that is on preorder, your entire order will be shipped when the preorder items arrive.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in Sydney and made in China
How do your products come packaged?
Our plates are shipped in brown eco boxes.

Are the plates dishwasher safe?
Yes they are!

Our plates are made from new bone china, a form of porcelain.

We provide complimentary standard shipping via Aus Post for orders over $100.

We ship with Australia Post, Express Post, TNT couriers and Star Track Express.
We currently do not ship outside of Australia.

We are able to accept returns or exchanges on our products within 30 days of purchase if the items are unused and are returned to our office in the same condition we provided them to you. If shipping is required to send out an exchange, this will be invoiced at $20.
